Interhouse

March 5^th saw yet another successful House Swimming Carnival at Kalamunda Water Park where students put on a phenomenal display of talent and sportsmanship in the pool. The Year 7s and competitors made their way on foot to the pool to participate in numerous competitive and novelty races. 2021 saw a record number of students signing up to participate which meant that more races could be swum and more students were participating and gaining points for their houses. Congratulations goes to the houses for their collective efforts and the individual achievements of the Champions and Runner Up Champions.

Interschool

From the results of the Interhouse Swimming Carnival, students were selected to represent the school at the School Sport WA ‘B’ division carnival at HBF stadium
on the 18 March. Again, students made a phenomenal effort against some tough competition and finished in 7^th position overall. Drew Mann (Year 12) and Megan Schwinkowski (Year 8) won Champions for their year groups. A special mention to Drew Mann and Hayden Schwinkowski who have both been champion swimmers for Kalamunda SHS since 2016 and will be missed as they graduate this year.  Their commitment to representing the school over the years has been outstanding.
